Version 7 Features

 

The following features will be available in the next Version Release of CollectMax, coming soon:

Account Access User Prompt: Looking for a way to prompt or remind a user of an important activity? You can now set a reminder that will display every time the user accesses a consumer/debtor account. This is set for individual user codes and can vary by user. This feature expands on the current user prompt settings that prompt a user when exiting an account.

Allow Status Changes to Add or Clear "Do Not Contact" Settings: Status Codes will now add or clear the following Do Not Contact fields automatically when a claims status changes: Do Not Contact, Do Not Call, Do Not Mail, Cease And Desist. You can assign status codes will permit this type of account change.

Allowed Call Times: Select designated times for collectors to contact consumer/debtors on a client by client basis. If the consumer/debtor screen is accessed during the allowed call times, the number will be displayed to call. If not, the allowable call times will be displayed in lieu of the phone number. All call times are local based on your local time and not on the consumer/debtor's area code.

Batch File Folder Labels by Action: Action code selection criteria has now been added to the File Labels Batch process.

Batch Process Automation: Allows you to run Batch Processes at a schedule time such as after hours. Eliminate down time during the workday and run all your larger Batch Processes after hours.

Complaint Management Tracking: Mange and track debtor complaints and disputes within CollectMax without the hassle of outside software. merge documents and export data for reports.

Document Suppression by Client: Restrict certain documents from being generated for a debtor account based on the assigned client. Allows you to control document generation and eliminates operator error.

Document Suppression by User/Team: Restrict certain users or teams from generating selected documents. Allows you to control document generation and eliminates operator error.

Multiple Logins: Users can now have up to three instances of CollectMax running on the same workstation. Only one instance of CollectMax can perform document merges. However, all instances may generate documents through automation such as batch processes.

Payment Spreader: Allows consumer/debtor payments to be entered and spread across multiple claims on the same debtor account. For those customers using check writing module, the payments will be listed separate deposit entries.

Remittance Warning: A warning message will be displayed on the Client Financial Tab and the Debtor Tab when a Preview and Final Remittance are being processed. If a Remittance is running, you will see the following message show in red "Remittance is running on this Client".

SSN Linked Demographics Reminders: When adding or modifying consumer/debtor demographics such as Name, Address, City, State, Zip, County, Phones, Driver's License Number, Date of Birth or Date of Death, a pop-up reminder will be displayed alerting you to update the demo-graphical information on all accounts linked by Social Security Number Link. This is only for SSN Linked Accounts and not Linked accounts that happen to use the Social Security Number in the link field.

Status Code Automation: Status Code additions and changes will now have the ability to add an activity code.

Status Summary Report: The report lists all the status codes in CollectMax with the number of claims that currently have each status. With Version 7, this report has been enhanced to include an aging section for you to determine how long a claim has been in a particular status. This feature is beneficial to manage your collection accounts more effectively an protect accounts from slipping through the cracks.

Time & Billing: Allows both time and billing capabilities to manage the time spent on a debtor account as well as create an invoice for hourly billing events. This features includes the ability to create custom Time and Billing Codes applicable to your firm.

Document Management Module

Activity Code Automation on Batch Image Export: An Activity Code can now be automatically added to debtor accounts when you perform a Batch Image Export process. This new feature will add an Activity when you click the Export All button on the Search Results screen. This feature might be beneficial for anyone who uses Network Interfaces that offer Note Code Translations. This is a seamless way to update accounts efficiently and accurately.

Attach All, Old Newest Images to Documents: The Attach Images to Documents feature has been enhanced to include new filters in the selection criteria for attaching images to documents. You will now have the option to choose from the following: All, Oldest or the Newest images when selecting images to attache to your documents.

Batch Image Import by Network Number: The feature will allow you to use the consumer/debtor's Network Number as the identifying account number used to find the account when batch importing images.

Image Export Report: This feature allows you to produce a report of your Image Search results. This report is helpful if you want to have a list of all the items you have exported from your system.

560 Edition or Check Writing Module

Maximum Number of Items on Group Checks: This new feature allows you to control the number of items permitted to be included in a single grouped check.

Reprint Bank Reconciliation Report: Allows you to reprint a reconciliation report in the even that you have forgotten to print it or received a printer error.

560 Edition or Worklist Module

Completion Code Automation: Completion Codes will now provide the option to add an activity code.

MaxPlans

MaxPlans Add/Remove Flash Messages: MaxPlans has now been enhanced to allow you to add, remove or overwrite an account flash message as a plan step. This provides a batch way to manage your Flash Messages.
